Shipping and Handling Fee

For all orders under AUD$25 there is a $2.95 Shipping and Handling fee.
FREE Shipping for all orders over AUD$25.

Handling Time

Our handling time is usually between 1 and 3 business days. This time should be added onto the estimated delivery times below.

Australian Shipping

Delivery within Australia takes approximately 1-3 business (VIC and NSW), approximately 4-6 business days (other states and country).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. We ship via Australia Post Air Mail, it usually takes approximately 7-10 business days (USA & Asia), approximately 8-12 business days (UK), approximately 10-18 business days (Europe) from time of shipment to arrival.

Customs, Import Duties, Taxes and Fees

International buyers are responsible for any importation tax, duties or fees that may be levied in your country. Please make yourself aware of the importation and taxation requirements of your country prior to buying. By buying you agree that you are aware of these tariffs in all their forms and agree to pay them to your local collection authority.

International buyers must be aware of the importation restrictions in their country. Some of the items we sell may not be suitable for importation into your country and will be seized, or delayed, in customs. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive on time, or at all, due to customs restrictions in place for the item you purchased.

Customs forms are filled out with the category of merchandise that is being sent to you and with the Australian dollar value you paid for the item (excluding postage). All articles are described as merchandise and not as gifts, or samples.

Returns Policy

We will provide a refund if you return the goods less any freight costs for any items that were received damaged or not as ordered*. You must return the goods within 14 days of receipt. If you are not sure about a product please Contact Us, listing the product code in your message.

We do not automatically provide refunds. It is the discretion of Get It Fixed Australia Pty Ltd trading as "GemsJewelsCrystals.com" to refund less any freight charges for returns outside of this policy and this may attract a 20% re-stocking fee.

*Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, type, look, quality or feel does not constitute "not as ordered" please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries.

Cancellation

You should contact us immediately should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through the Website. Requests for cancellation will be considered by Get It Fixed Australia Pty Ltd trading as "GemsJewelsCrystals.com" and we may cancel the order at our discretion. Get It Fixed Australia Pty Ltd trading as "GemsJewelsCrystals.com" reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs for any orders cancelled prior to the shipment of your order.

Disclaimer

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
